LegalTerms of Service
Last updated 2026-08-07
These terms cover everything offered here: web design and automation work, electronics recycling and data destruction, paid guides, the machine-payable API, and bot rentals. Using the site or hiring us means you accept them.
Who you are dealing with
Saylor Innovations Digital Solutions, a business operating in Kentucky, USA. Contact: [email protected].
Services and quotes
Project work is quoted before it starts. A quote covers the scope described in it; anything added afterwards is a change to scope and may change the price and the timeline. Timelines are estimates given in good faith and depend on getting the content, access, and decisions we need from you.
Prices listed on this site are current at the time of publication and may change. A quote already given to you does not change.
Payment
Project work generally runs on a deposit up front with the balance on completion, unless the quote says otherwise. Paid guides and API calls are paid at the point of use. Rentals are paid for the period rented.
Payment methods are Cash App, Chime, and on-chain stablecoin or SOL through the x402 layer. Blockchain payments are irreversible. Send the right amount to the right address on the right network. A payment sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else. When paying by Cash App or Chime for a guide, include your email address in the payment note — that is how delivery happens, and without it we have no way to reach you.
Digital products and refunds
Guides, downloads, and API responses are delivered immediately and are not returnable, so they are non-refundable once delivered. If something is broken, does not match its description, or never arrives, tell us and we will fix it or refund it. That is a genuine offer, not a formality — email and describe what happened.
Bot rentals
Trading bots are rented as software for a fixed period. Read this part carefully.
- They can lose money, including all of it. Automated trading is high risk. Crypto markets are volatile, thinly traded in places, and adversarial. Past behaviour of a strategy does not predict future results, and nothing here is a promise of profit.
- This is software, not financial advice. We are not a broker, an adviser, or a fund manager. We do not manage your money, take a share of your results, or tell you what to trade. You configure it and you run it.
- You hold your own keys. Bots run on your machine with your credentials. We never receive, request, or store your exchange API keys or wallet private keys, and we cannot access your funds or your positions.
- Use restricted credentials. For exchange bots, issue a trade-only API key with withdrawals disabled. For on-chain bots, use a dedicated wallet funded only with what you intend to trade — a blockchain keypair has no permission model, so anything holding it can move everything in that wallet.
- A licence is for you. Do not resell, sublicence, publish, or redistribute the software or your licence key. One licence, one renter.
- Rentals end. A licence stops working on its expiry date. Renew if you want to keep running it.
- You are responsible for your side. Exchange rules, tax obligations, and the law where you live are yours to comply with. Some jurisdictions restrict automated or leveraged trading; check before you start.
- No refunds once a licence is issued, because the software is delivered at that moment. If a bot does not run as described, contact us — that we will make right.
Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. If you are not prepared for the possibility of losing the entire amount you fund a bot with, do not rent one.
The API and automated clients
The machine-payable API is open to automated clients that pay for what they use. Free endpoints exist for discovery and sampling and are rate limited. Do not attempt to bypass payment gating, scrape paid content through free routes, or overwhelm the service. Paid responses are licensed for your own use, including as input to a model or an application; reselling the raw data as a competing feed is not permitted.
Data returned by the token scanner is informational. It is assembled from third-party sources, can be wrong or stale, and is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Verify anything you are going to act on.
Recycling and data destruction
Equipment dropped off for recycling is accepted as a transfer of ownership — we may refurbish, harvest parts from, or recycle it, and it will not be returned. Remove anything you want to keep before dropping it off, including storage media you have not asked us to destroy.
Data destruction is performed to the standard described for the method chosen, and a certificate is available on request. We take reasonable care, and the certificate records what was done. If you have specific regulatory requirements, tell us before the work so we can confirm the method meets them.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, and the content and access the work needs
- Own or have the right to use anything you send us to publish
- Keep your own backups of anything irreplaceable
- Do not use anything here for an unlawful purpose
Ownership
Once a project is paid for in full, the deliverables are yours. Tools, libraries, frameworks, and internal components we reuse across clients remain ours, and you get the right to use them as part of your project. Third-party software keeps its own licence. Bot software is licensed to you for the rental period, never sold. Site content, guides, and the logo remain ours.
We may reference completed work in a portfolio. Say the word and we will leave yours out.
Warranties and liability
Services are provided as described and performed with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, they are provided without warranty — the site, the API, and the software are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a purpose you have not told us about.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost trading capital, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service the claim concerns. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending things
Either of us can end a project with reasonable notice. Work completed up to that point is payable. We may suspend access for non-payment, for abuse of the API, or for breach of the rental terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. Before anything formal, email us — most things are a misunderstanding that a conversation fixes.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date at the top reflects the last change. Terms that applied when you paid for something continue to apply to that purchase.
Something unclear? Email [email protected] and ask. Plain answers, no runaround.
