Privacy Policy

This is a small business, not an advertising platform. The short version: this site runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and loads no tracking scripts. The only information collected is what you type into a form or what is required to complete a service.

What this site does not do

• No analytics — no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Meta pixel, no Hotjar, no session recording
• No cookies set by us, and nothing stored in your browser between visits
• No advertising networks and no data brokers
• Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. There is no scenario in which that happens.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request for the font file. That is the only third party involved in loading a page here.

What we collect, and when

When you use a form. The consultation form collects your name, email address, the service you are asking about, and your message. The newsletter form collects an email address. Both are handled by Netlify Forms, which stores the submission and forwards it to us by email. We use it to reply to you and, if you subscribed, to send occasional updates.

When you hire us. Depending on the work, we may need access to accounts, hosting, domains, or files in order to do the job. That access is used for the agreed work and nothing else, and we ask you to revoke it when the work is finished.

When you use the recycling or data destruction service. Devices you drop off may contain your data. Storage media is wiped or physically destroyed before anything moves on, and we do not read, copy, or retain the contents. If you request a certificate of destruction, we keep a record of the devices and the method used, because that is the point of the certificate.

When you pay. We never see or store card numbers. On-chain payments through the x402 layer are settled on a public blockchain — the wallet address, amount and transaction signature are permanently public by the nature of the network, and that is outside anyone's control. Cash App and Chime payments are handled entirely by those companies under their own privacy policies; we see only what they show us, which is the payment and the note attached to it. That note is where you put the email address we deliver to.

When an automated client uses the API. Requests to the API are logged by our hosting provider in the ordinary course of serving them — timestamp, path, response code, IP address. These logs are operational: debugging, abuse prevention, and knowing whether something is broken. They are not linked to a person and are not used to build a profile.

Who else touches your data

• Netlify — hosting, form submissions, and server logs
• Cloudflare — DNS and traffic in front of the site
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces
• Helius — the Solana data provider behind the token scanner
• PayAI — verifies and settles on-chain payments
• Cash App and Chime — process the payments you send through them

Each is used for the one job listed. None of them are given your information for their own marketing.

How long we keep things

Form submissions and email correspondence are kept while there is a reason to — an active enquiry, an ongoing project, or a record of work done. Certificates of destruction are kept as long as they might be needed for your compliance records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Newsletter emails have an unsubscribe link, and replying with "unsubscribe" works just as well. Email [email protected] and you will get a real answer from a person.

Children

These services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how information is handled will be described here rather than quietly edited in.
