Run with PyYAML (YAML 1.1): country NO becoming False, on/off keys becoming booleans, zip 01234 as an octal number, 12:30 as sexagesimal, duplicate keys silently overriding, tab errors, python tags rejected by safe_load, anchors and merge keys.

YAML 1.1 parsers turn NO into false, 01234 into 668, 12:30 into 750 and 1.10 into 1.1. Quote ambiguous values, avoid duplicate keys, use safe_load, and fix tab and flow-sequence parse errors.
