WATCHDOG is a free, read-only token risk-analysis tool for the Solana and EVM ecosystems (Ethereum, Base, BSC, Arbitrum, Polygon). It is built and operated by Saylor Innovations Digital Solutions. Its single purpose is to help traders spot common scam and rug-pull patterns before they buy a token.

What WATCHDOG is

WATCHDOG takes a token address and returns a 0–100 threat score with a plain-English breakdown of the risks it detected. It is a research and education tool — a second opinion, not a decision-maker. It does not buy, sell, hold, or custody any asset, and it is not connected to any exchange or wallet.

How the analysis works — exactly

Every scan follows the same transparent pipeline. Nothing is a black box.

1. You submit a token

You paste a contract address (or a symbol). Nothing else is required — no wallet, no account, no signature.

2. WATCHDOG fetches public data

The tool queries two public, industry-standard data providers for that specific token:

• DexScreener — market data: price, market cap, fully-diluted valuation, liquidity, 24-hour volume, price change, and pair age.
• GoPlus Security — contract-level security data. On Solana: mint authority, freeze authority, transfer fees, transferability, and holder distribution. On EVM chains: honeypot simulation, buy/sell tax, mintability, ownership and renounce status, open-source verification, and pausability.

3. The risk engine scores it

A rules-based engine applies weighted penalties for well-known scam indicators. Examples of what raises a score:

• Active mint authority (supply can be inflated) or active freeze authority (your tokens can be frozen)
• A honeypot result (a simulated trade shows you would not be able to sell)
• Very low liquidity, which makes price trivial to manipulate or drain
• High wallet concentration — a few wallets holding a large share of supply
• Unverified or closed-source contracts, high trading taxes, reclaimable ownership, and very new tokens

4. You get a verdict

WATCHDOG outputs a threat score from 0 to 100, a band (SAFE, LOW RISK, MODERATE, HIGH RISK, or EXTREME DANGER), and a list of exactly which flags fired. The reasoning is always shown.

What the score bands mean

• 0–19 — SAFE: no critical flags on available data
• 20–39 — LOW RISK: minor concerns
• 40–59 — MODERATE: notable risk factors present
• 60–79 — HIGH RISK: serious red flags
• 80–100 — EXTREME DANGER: multiple critical scam indicators

What WATCHDOG never does

• Never touches your wallet. It never asks you to connect a wallet, sign a message, or approve a transaction. It cannot move or access your funds.

Reporting an inaccurate score

WATCHDOG relies on third-party data and automated heuristics, so mistakes are possible. If you believe a token was scored incorrectly, email us the token address and chain and we will review the inputs.

Not a trading support desk

Your privacy is simple here, because WATCHDOG collects no personal data. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for. This policy explains what that means in practice.

What we collect: nothing personal

• No accounts. There is no signup, login, or profile.
• No cookies or tracking. WATCHDOG does not set cookies, use tracking pixels, or run third-party analytics.
• No wallet data. We never connect to your wallet and never read your balances or addresses.

Your watchlist stays in your browser

The watchlist feature stores tokens in your browser's temporary memory for the current session only. It is never sent to us, and it is erased when you refresh or close the tab.

Third-party data requests

When you scan a token, the address or symbol you enter is sent to our data providers — DexScreener and GoPlus Security — so they can return results. As with any website, those providers and our web host may automatically receive standard technical request information (such as your IP address and browser type) in their server logs. We do not control, receive, or store that information; it is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

No selling of data

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data, because we do not collect any.

Children

WATCHDOG is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party APIs and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

Not financial advice

Nothing provided by WATCHDOG constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any token or asset. We are not your broker, advisor, or fiduciary.

Scores are heuristics, not guarantees

Threat scores are generated automatically by a rules-based engine using third-party data. A low or “SAFE” score does not mean a token is safe, and a high score is not definitive proof of fraud. Scoring reflects only the patterns the tool checks for, on the data available at that moment.

Data can be wrong or stale

WATCHDOG depends on external providers (DexScreener, GoPlus Security). Their data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or deliberately manipulated by bad actors. Scam techniques also evolve faster than any automated checker.

Crypto is extremely high risk

Trading meme coins and crypto tokens can result in the total loss of your funds. Markets are volatile, often unregulated, and full of fraud. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

We never touch your wallet

WATCHDOG is read-only. It never asks you to connect a wallet, sign a transaction, or approve token access. If any site claiming to be WATCHDOG asks you to do this, it is not us — do not proceed.

No endorsement
